There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate                
amendment to HJR 30, thus adopting SCS HJR 30(JUD), and                        
recommended that the members vote yes.                                         
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment            
to HJR 30?  The roll was taken with the following result:

SJR 19                                                                       
Representative Bunde gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on             
SJR 19 (page 1626).
