Full Journal pdf1998-02-25 House Journal Page 2436 HJR 49 Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2416) on the following at this time: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 49(RES) Relating to opposition to a moratorium on the building of roads in the roadless areas of national forests. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 49(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHJR 49(RES), thus adopting SCS CSSSHJR 49(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHJR 49(RES)? The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSSSHJR 49(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
