A message dated June 11, 1997, was received stating the Governor  is           
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:           
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 35                                                 
Encouraging federal legislation to improve federal fiscal terms for
