Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original              
CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16(FIN)                                
(same title)                                                                  
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
Amendment No. 1 was offered  by Representative Grussendorf:                     
Page 2, line 15:                                                               
Delete "shall promptly prepare"                                               
Insert "is authorized to pursue any alternative that is in the best           
interest of the state including"                                               
Page 2, line 17, following "that":                                             
Delete "the"                                                                  
Insert "any"                                                                  
Representative Grussendorf moved and asked unanimous consent that              
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.                                                    
Representative Therriault objected.                                            
Representative Ryan placed a call of the House and lifted the call.
