And so, Amendment No. 3 was not adopted. Amendment No. 4 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 3, line 24, following "necessary." Insert "Whenever possible, meetings shall be teleconferenced to reduce travel cost." Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 4 be adopted. Representative Barnes objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 4 was adopted. Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 356(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
