Amendment No. 4 was offered  by Representative Berkowitz:                       
                                                                               
Page 3, line 24, following "necessary."                                        
	Insert "Whenever possible, meetings shall be teleconferenced to               
reduce travel cost."                                                           
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that                
Amendment No. 4 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Representative Barnes objected and withdrew the objection.  There              
being no further objection, Amendment No. 4 was adopted.                       
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
356(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and             
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
