The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHB 152(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would revert to: MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 141 A message dated May 10, 1997, was read stating the Senate has passed CSHB 141(RES) am with the following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 141(RES) "An Act relating to a vessel permit moratorium for the Alaska weathervane scallop fishery; relating to management of the scallop fisheries; and providing for an effective date." CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS HB 141 Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent to consider the message at this time. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
