Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:        
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 119(JUD)                                                
An Act raising the limit on small claims actions to $7,500;                   
amending Rule 9, Alaska Rules of Administration; and providing                 
for an effective date.
