HJR 27 Representative Foster added his name as cosponsor to: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27 Requesting the Federal Aviation Administration to grant exemptions from the commuter rule in order to maintain a high level of air safety and air transportation service in rural Alaska. HB 9 Representative Kemplen added his name as cosponsor to: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 9(FIN) am An Act relating to the rights of crime victims and victims of juvenile offenses; relating to the collection by victims of restitution from prisoners; relating to the definition of 'incapacitated' for sexual offenses; creating the crime of interfering with a report of a crime involving domestic violence; relating to mental examinations of victims in criminal prosecutions; relating to the safety of victims, other persons, and the community in setting bail or conditions of release; relating to access to certain records of the Violent Crimes Compensation Board; amending Rule 6, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rules 404 and 615, Alaska Rules of Evidence, and Rule 3, Alaska Delinquency Rules; and providing for an effective date. HB 24 Representative Green added his name as cosponsor to: HOUSE BILL NO. 24 An Act relating to absences from the state for purposes of eligibility for permanent fund dividends for service in the Foreign Service of the United States or to accompany, as the spouse or minor or disabled dependent, another eligible resident who is absent for a reason allowed under the dividend program; relating to eligibility for 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997 permanent fund dividends of certain spouses and dependents of eligible applicants; and providing for an effective date.
