Representative Kott gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 19(FIN). RECONSIDERATION HB 19 Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of CSHB 19(FIN) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
