The Speaker added a Transportation Committee referral to precede the           
Finance Committee referral for the following:                                  
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 304                                                            
"An Act relating to the location of the convening of the legislature          
in regular session; repealing provisions relating to student guests            
of the legislature; and providing for an effective date."                      
                                                                               
HB 304 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the              
Transportation Committee.
