There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Rokeberg: Page 1, line 1 (title amendment): Delete civil liability for Page 2, following line 10: Insert a new bill section to read: * Sec. 05.50.025. Prohibition of certain skating and cycling activities in undesignated places. (a) A person may not skate or cycle on private property without the written permission of the property owner unless the property is posted with signs that clearly indicate that the property is available for skating or cycling. (b) In addition to being subject to civil liability under AS05.50.020, a person who violates this section is guilty of a violation and, upon conviction, the court may impose a fine of not more than $50. Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Kubina objected. The question being: Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted? CSHB 30(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: Shall CSHB 30(FIN) pass the House?
