There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 23(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Elton objected. The question being: Shall CSHB 23(RES) be advanced to third reading on the same day?
