1997-05-06 House Journal Page 1578 HB 18 Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1462) on the following at this time: 1997-05-06 House Journal Page 1579 HB 18 HOUSE BILL NO. 18 "An Act extending to certain partnerships and corporations the 10 percent procurement preference currently given to certain sole proprietorships who are Alaska bidders and owned by persons with disabilities." and HOUSE BILL NO. 18 am S (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 18, thus adopting HB 18 am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 18?
