Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 358 An Act                        
relating to disclosure of the use of state funds related to personnel          
records for the Finance Committee meeting on April 30. Senator                 
Duncan objected.
