Senator Donley offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 8, following "23 U.S.C. 134": Insert "for a metropolitan area with a population greater than 200,000 persons" Senator Donley moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
