IX,, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." and recommends the following amendments: 1998-05-10 House Journal Page 3742 SB 231 Technical Amendments to HCS CSSB 231(FIN): "1) Page 7, lines 25 - 29 were supposed to be deleted. This language was replaced by amendment No. R-1 to the reappropriations section and contained in sec. 117." "2) Amendment No. 23 by Representative Therriault to split off $90 thousand from the Year 2000, $4.0 million appropriation made in sec. 42 to the Office of the Governor was not made."
