There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 124 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SB 124 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 124 Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 29 NAYS: 10 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Austerman, Berkowitz, Bunde, Croft, Davies, Davis, Dyson, Elton, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Hodgins, Hudson, Ivan, James, Joule, Kookesh, Kott, Kubina, Moses, Mulder, Nicholia, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Ryan, Sanders, Vezey, Williams Nays: Barnes, Brice, Hanley, Kelly, Kemplen, Kohring, Martin, Masek, Ogan, Therriault Absent: Cowdery 1997-05-05 House Journal Page 1524 SB 124 Davies changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, SB 124 passed the House, was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
