Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Berkowitz: Page 3, line 14: Under Appropriation Items: Delete "3,230,600" Insert "3,290,600" Under General Funds Delete "2,130,900" Insert "2,190,900" Page 3, line 15: Under Allocations: Delete "744,300" Insert "804,300" Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Hanley objected. Representative Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 326(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 326(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
