Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Kubina: 1997-05-02 House Journal Page 1478 HB 250 Page 3, line 7: Delete "and" Page 3, line 8, following "designee": Insert "; and (4) one of the following, appointed by the governor: (A) the mayor of the North Slope Borough; (B) the mayor of the Fairbanks North Star Borough; (C) the mayor of the City of Fairbanks; (D) the mayor of the City of Delta Junction; (E) the mayor of the City of Valdez; (F) the mayor of the City of North Pole; or" Representative Kubina moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Hodgins objected. Representative Kubina moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Martin: Page 4, lines 14-16: Delete all material Reletter the following subparagraphs accordingly. Representative Martin moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Hodgins objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 250(O&G) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 250(O&G) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 250(O&G) pass the House?"
