The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 323                                                            
"An Act relating to the calculation of credited service in the public         
employees' retirement system for noncertificated employees of                  
school districts, regional educational attendance areas, and state             
boarding schools; and providing for an effective date."                        
                                                                               
HB 323 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                
Finance Committee.                                                             
                                                                               
HB 488                                                                       
Representative Berkowitz withdrew his notice of reconsideration (page          
3408) on the following:                                                        
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 488 am                                                         
"An Act relating to the Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development                
Advisory Board."                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Vezey gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on             
HB488 am and withdrew it.                                                      
                                                                               
HB 488 am was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.                     
                                                                               
HB 15                                                                        
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
following bill be withdrawn from committee:                                    
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 15                                                             
"An Act relating to the location of the convening of the legislature          
in regular session; repealing provisions relating to student guests            
of the legislature; and providing for an effective date."                      
                                                                               
Objection was heard.                                                           
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent to                      
withdraw his motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
