SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 3 Relating to the conversion of the                      
Naval Air Facility in Adak, was read the second time and was                   
before the Senate on final passage.                                            
                                                                               
Senators Leman, Taylor, Zharoff, Duncan moved and asked                        
unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the                      
resolution.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                             
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 3 Relating                   
to the conversion of the Naval Air Facility in Adak, pass the

paternity by affidavit; relating to child support enforcement;                 
amending Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure 79, 82, and 90.3(h)(2);               
and providing for an effective date" which had been placed at the              
bottom of the calendar (page 1474) was before the Senate in second             
reading.
