Message of March 11 was received, stating the Governor transmitted             
the following original executive orders that were not disapproved by           
the Second Session of the Nineteenth Alaska State Legislature to the           
Lieutenant Governors Office for permanent filing:                              
                                                                               
EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 93                                                        
Transferring the responsibility for the Alaska                                
regional economic assistance program from the                                  
Department of Commerce and Economic                                            
Development to the Department of Community and                                 
Regional Affairs.                                                              
                                                                               
EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 94                                                        
Transferring the functions and duties of the division                         
of international trade to the Department of                                    
Commerce and Economic Development.                                             
                                                                               
EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 96                                                        
Transferring the responsibility for the administration                        
of the Alaska childrens trust to a new Alaska                                  
Childrens Trust Board in the Office of the Governor                            
to be dedicated to that trust obligation.

following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled
