SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7 was automatically in third reading. Senators Leman, Frank, Miller moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7 Relating to mandates imposed on the states by the federal government, pass the Senate?"
