Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 266. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12(RES) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Duncan offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 3, lines 7 and 8: Delete all material. Senator Duncan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Halford objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
