Message of June 4 was received, stating the Governor transmitted the           
engrossed and enrolled copies of the following resolution to the               
Lieutenant Governors Office for permanent filing:                              
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21                                           
Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and                                
42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning                               
House Bill No. 292, relating to searches by peace                              
officers who enforce fish and game laws, to false                              
statements and omissions in regard to application for                          
fish and game licenses, tags, and permits, and to
