SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18 Honoring the                               
military veterans of World War II and commemorating the 50th                   
anniversary of the end of World War II, was read the second time               
and was before the Senate on final passage.                                    
                                                                               
Senators Kelly, Torgerson, Green, Miller, Leman, Sharp, Rieger,                
Halford, Salo, Duncan, Ellis, Lincoln, Zharoff, Phillips, Donley,              
Frank, Adams moved and asked unanimous consent that they be                    
shown as cosponsors on the resolution.   Without objection, it was             
so ordered.                                                                    
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                                  
RESOLUTION NO. 18 Honoring the military veterans of World War                  
II and commemorating the 50th anniversary of the end of World                  
War II, pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the following
