Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
State Affairs Committee referral be waived on SENATE                           
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18 Honoring the military                             
veterans of World War II and commemorating the 50th anniversary                
of the end of World War II.  Without objection, SENATE                         
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18 was referred to the Rules                         
Committee.
