Signing the report: Senator Rieger, Chair, Senator Donley, Representative G. Davis, Chair, Representative Mackie Senate fiscal notes apply to the Conference Committee Substitute. Senator Halford moved that the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 8.
