Senator Frank, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 1001 An Act                       
making appropriations for the operating expenses of the executive              
branch of state government; and providing for an effective date for            
the Finance Committee meeting on May 9.  Without objection, it                 
was so ordered.
