The roll was taken with the following result: SB 266 Third Reading - On Reconsideration YEAS: 10 NAYS: 5 EXCUSED: 5 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Green, Halford, Kelly, Miller, Pearce, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson Nays: Adams, Leman, R.Phillips, Salo, Zharoff Excused: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Hoffman, Lincoln and so, SENATE BILL NO. 266 failed to pass the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Halford moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in failing SENATE BILL NO. 266. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill with the rescinding motion pending be held to the March 6 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 266 with the rescinding motion pending will appear on the March 6 calendar.
