The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 263(JUD)? The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 263(JUD) am H Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendments to CSSB 263(JUD)? Effective Date YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Frank, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff Absent: Ellis and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 263(JUD) am H An Act relating to copyright licensing and royalties; and providing for an effective date. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
