CONSIDERATION OF THE CALENDAR SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS SB 54 SENATE BILL NO. 54 An Act relating to exclusive service areas for utilities certificated to provide electric utility service and to the definition of general public for utilities furnishing electric service was read the second time. Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page 2251. Senators Adams, Donley objected.
