SENATE BILL NO. 232 An Act relating to permanent fund                          
dividend program notice requirements, to the ineligibility for                 
dividends of individuals convicted of felonies or incarcerated for             
misdemeanors, and to the determination of the number and identity              
of certain ineligible individuals; and providing for an effective date         
was read the second time.                                                      
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the                      
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 2685.             
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 232(FIN) An Act                      
relating to permanent fund dividend program notice requirements, to            
the ineligibility for dividends of individuals convicted of felonies or        
incarcerated for misdemeanors, and to the determination of the                 
number and identity of certain ineligible individuals was adopted              
and read the second time.                                                      
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the bill be considered engrossed,                   
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Senator                
Adams objected.                                                                
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that President               
Pearce be shown as a cosponsor on the bill.  Without objection, it             
was so ordered.
