and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 190(RES) am passed the                          
Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.                      
                                                                               
                     SECOND READING OF HOUSE RESOLUTIONS                     
                                                                               
HJR 38                                                                       
CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38(FSH) Relating to                          
reauthorization of the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and                       
Management Act, was read the second time.                                      
                                                                               
Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2304.                 
Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being              
no further objections, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                        
RESOLUTION NO. 38(RLS) was adopted and read the second time.                   
                                                                               
Senator Miller offered Amendment No. 1 :                                        
                                                                               
Page 2:  Delete lines 14, 15 and 16                                           
                                                                               
Senator Miller moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                      
Senator Zharoff objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being            
no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.                            
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.              
Objections were heard and Senator Rieger was required to vote.                 
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and              
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
