Without objection, it was so ordered. SB 82 Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 82 "An Act relating to revocation of a driver's license for illegal possession or use of a controlled substance or illegal possession or consumption of alcohol by a person at least 13 but not yet 21 years of age; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered. SB 41 Senator Halford, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 41 "An Act relating to reports by fishing vessels that are not registered under the laws of the state." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee. SB 78 Senator Halford, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 78 "An Act related to the authority of certain beverage dispensary licensees to stock alcoholic beverages in guest rooms and prohibiting certain room rentals for the purpose of providing alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age."
