Senator Sharp offered Amendment No. 1 :                                         
                                                                               
	Page 1, line 13, through page 2, line 1:                                      
	Delete "The board may not authorize the                                      
stocking of alcoholic beverages in guest rooms                                 
unless the holder of the beverage dispensary license                           
also has a minimum number of rental rooms as                                   
required under AS 04.11.400(d)(1)."                                            
                                                                               
Senator Sharp moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                       
Without objection, the amendment was adopted.

related to the authority of certain beverage dispensary licensees to           
stock alcoholic beverages in guest rooms and prohibiting certain

person under 21 years of age" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken
