HB 234 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 234(JUD) BY THE HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, entitled: "An Act relating to administrative adjudication under the Administrative Procedure Act." was read the first time and referred to the Judiciary Committee. The presence of Senator Rieger was noted. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS SB 54 The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 54 "An Act relating to exclusive service areas for utilities certificated to provide electric utility service and to the definition of `general public' for utilities furnishing electric service" and recommended it be replaced with CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN), entitled: "An Act relating to exclusive service areas for utilities certificated to provide electric utility service and to the definition of `general public' for utilities furnishing electric service; relating to employees and terms of members of the Alaska Public Utilities Commission; and prohibiting certain exceptions from regulation."
