Full Journal pdf1995-05-07 Senate Journal Page 1557 SENATE JOURNAL ALASKA STATE LEGISLATURE NINETEENTH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION Juneau, Alaska Sunday May 7, 1995 One Hundred Twelfth Day Pursuant to adjournment the Senate was called to order by President Pearce at 2:43 p.m. The roll showed sixteen members present. Senators Donley, Frank, Hoffman, Zharoff were absent. Senator Duncan moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator Donley be excused from a call of the Senate for the remainder of May 7. Without objection, Senator Donley was excused. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Senator Taylor. Senator Duncan led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance. The presence of Senators Zharoff, Hoffman was noted. MESSAGES FROM THE GOVERNOR SB 41 Message of May 5 was read, stating the Governor signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 41(JUD) "An Act relating to reports by fishing vessels that are not licensed under the laws of the state."
