by fishing vessels that are not licensed under the laws of the state"          
was engrossed, signed by the President and Secretary and transmitted           
to the House for consideration.                                                
                                                                               
SB 78                                                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 78 am "An Act related to the authority of                      
certain beverage dispensary licensees to stock alcoholic beverages in          
guest rooms and prohibiting certain room rentals for the purpose of            
providing alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age"               
was engrossed, signed by the President and Secretary and transmitted
