Senator Donley moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10                         
Endorsing, in principle, legislation authorizing oil and gas leasing,          
exploration, and development on the coastal plain within the Arctic            
National Wildlife Refuge, provided the legislation does not contain            
a provision decreasing this state's royalty.  Without objection, it was

Senator Zharoff moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                   
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 8                          
Relating to the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest                
Service, report known as the "Reinvention of the Forest Service";              
and opposing the recommendation in that report of combining the                
Alaska Region of the Forest Service with another region and of                 
moving the regional forest service office from Alaska.  Without
