UNFINISHED BUSINESS SB 91 The reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 91(HES) "An Act creating the crime of criminal transmission of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)" was not taken up this legislative day and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. Senator Torgerson moved and asked unanimous consent that he be excused from a call of the Senate on April 5 through afternoon plane time. Without objection, Senator Torgerson was excused. Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent that he be excused from a call of the Senate on April 5 through morning plane time. Without objection, Senator Miller was excused.
