Without objection, the citations were adopted and referred to the Secretary for transmittal. UNFINISHED BUSINESS SB 7 Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the State Affairs Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 7 "An Act relating to bail after conviction for various felonies if the defendant has certain previous felony convictions". Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the bill was referred to the Judiciary and Finance Committees.
