Senators Rieger, Kelly offered Title Amendment No. 1: Page 1, lines 1 and 2: Delete An Act relating to the use of the terms `health' and `disability' in the context of insurance coverage. Insert An Act changing the term `disability' to `health' in the context of insurance coverage. Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of Title Amendment No. 1.
