SENATE BILL NO. 67 "An Act relating to the crime of unlawful                   
evasion" was read the second time.                                             
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 67 was read the third time.

Salo, Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that they be
