The question being: Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 61                        
Opposing the proposed changes in the functions of the federal Office           
of Veterans Affairs in Anchorage, pass the Senate?  The roll was

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 66 am Relating to opposing the                      
American Heritage Areas Program, was read the second time.                     
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.           
Objections were heard.                                                         
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the resolution be advanced to third
