The question being: Shall CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR                        
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 5(RLS) Supporting an                               
amendment to the Constitution of the United States establishing the            
rights of victims of crimes, pass the Senate?  The roll was taken

Revised Statute 2477 rights-of-way, was read the second time.                  
                                                                               
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 3012.             
Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                            
RESOLUTION NO. 60(RES) was adopted and was read the second                     
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and              
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
