Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
excused from a call of the Senate on February 5 through morning                
plane time.  Without objection, Senator Miller was excused.

The reconsideration on HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30                           
Relating to an amendment to the Constitution of the United States              
prohibiting federal courts from ordering a state or a political                
subdivision of a state to increase or impose taxes, was not taken up           
this legislative day and the resolution was signed by the President
