The reconsideration on SENATE BILL NO. 78 am "An Act related                   
to the authority of certain beverage dispensary licensees to stock             
alcoholic beverages in guest rooms and prohibiting certain room                
rentals for the purpose of providing alcoholic beverages to a person           
under 21 years of age" was not taken up this legislative day and the           
bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
