Pursuant to adjournment the Senate was called to order by President            
Pearce at 11:01 a.m.                                                           
                                                                               
This was a technical session, the roll showed Senators Donley,                 
Duncan, Frank, Green, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, Taylor present.                 
Senators Halford, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Torgerson were excused              
from a call of the Senate.                                                     
                                                                               
The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, the Reverend Larry Olson               
of the Eagle Wings Community Church.                                           
                                                                               
Senator Miller led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance.
