                     RECONSIDERATION OF HOUSE RESOLUTIONS                    
HCR 5                                                                        
Senator Halford requested that the reconsideration on HOUSE                    
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 Commemorating the attack on                        
Pearl Harbor by establishing Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, be taken            
up at this time.                                                               
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 was before the Senate                        
on reconsideration.                                                            
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT                      
RESOLUTION NO. 5 Commemorating the attack on Pearl Harbor by                   
establishing Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, pass the Senate?"  The
